Hi! My name is Auburn Wiegand. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy. I graduated from the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics and have been trained in many techniques to enhance the therapeutic benefits of each individual massage, including Muscle Balancing, Position Release and the use of Essential Oils.
Due to health concerns of my own and in my family growing up I quickly saw the healing nature of alternative Health Care. I learned the importance of caring for our own bodies not only as prevention, but also correction. For years I read books on a variety of topics on Holistic Medicine and eventually furthered my studies at Trinity School of Natural Health where I received my certification as a Natural Health Professional. Eventually my journey led me to Alexandria where I became further convinced of the role our muscles play in our health.
Through Roots and Radiance Massage and Wellness I hope to provide the opportunity for you to experience the healing nature of a truly therapeutic massage. I have worked to create a space that is safe and healing to those hurting both physically and emotionally and those desiring both prevention and correction. I count it a privilege to be a part of your journey to radiant living.
